  • Manage and analyze funnel metrics and make data-driven decisions to ensure meeting enrollment, class diversity, and cost of acquisition KPIs
  • Staff and strategize the team to: Track and execute on top of funnel strategies to generate leads, Convert leads into applicants, Qualify applicants for admission, Convert admits into enrolled and attending students
  • Design action plans across multi-channel platforms to reach ideal candidates (Digital, Advertising, Social, Conferences, Events, etc.)
  • Ensure positive touchpoints and consistent brand at each stage of applicant communication
  • Effectively communicate with external stakeholders (counselors, parents, prospective students)
  • Oversee our admissions process, including the acceptance criteria, interview stage and acceptance communication

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in either technology or education organization
  • Experience successfully managing a team of five or more
  • Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken
  • A proven track record of hitting key performance indicators
  • Strong process management intuition and delivery
  • Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycle
  • Experience in high level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships that positively impact on strategic and tactical business development
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner for external audiences
  • Strong team collaborator
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a difference
