Chatbot UX Product Manager: Will support the business to define, design and drive implementation of conversational experiences on our Chatbot service, owning the end to end experience of the implemented solutions. Work closely with internal LOBs to document requirements and own the process of designing the UX/conversation experience, co-ordinate testing, deploying and maintaining the bot conversational experience Partner with LOB SMEs to understand and assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of questions they expect users to ask the Chatbot service
Work with development to design and implement the intents that define the conversation interaction - along with the associated utterances, entities, business rules, and so forth Act as a liaison between the internal LOBs and our Chatbot development teams ensuring that the Chatbot service delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations, resulting in a positive customer experience Co-ordinate testing to make sure that new/updated bots don't impact the overall bot implementation and customer experience Do you have?... 2+ years experience in UX specifically in designing, developing and deploying and managing conversational chatbots Computer Science degree

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
