Key Responsibilities

Establish explicit expectations of management and leadership and enable the measurement and improvement of performance in these areas.

  • Orchestrate approach to leadership and professional development, including internal vs. external resources, and prioritization of development investments.
  • Curate collection of development activities across the 70-20-10 spectrum for leadership and professional development.
  • Collaboratively build values-based competency model and leadership competency model that are integrated with each other and other people programs.
  • Deliver best-in-class leadership summit.
  • Program management, including stakeholder involvement, adoption and improvements.
  • Additional Responsibilities

    Once foundations have been established, the responsibilities will expand to assessments, cohort engagement, mentorship, non-executive coaching, career development program, HiPo and talent pool engagement, onboarding, metric and benchmark reporting, etc.

    Essential Experience

  • Building development philosophy, operating mechanisms and programs from scratch
  • Establishing impactful learning programs with small budgets
  • Korn Ferry certified and at least one experience implementing a competency model
  • Creating sophisticated - but not complicated - senior leadership development experiences
  • Has a network of professional, diverse learning providers upon which to call
  • Working in ambiguity, where related frameworks dont exist

  • Requirements

  • BA or BS required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organization Behavior, Leadership Development, Organization Development or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years direct experience in a talent development role with progressively increasing contributions to strategy development
  • Experience consulting with executive leaders and as well as collaborating with broad employee populations
  • Past success with adoption of programs across global audiences
