Drive the Engagement product roadmap with alignment on vision, OKRs, and strategy with the Head of Growth
Lead the ideation, prioritization, and testing process of new ideas, focusing on breaking new ground and uncovering customer engagement and personalization opportunities that the company is not leveraging today, and then iteratively building and optimizing those experiences.
Drive the development of, and ongoing understanding of the consumer car buying and selling journey how we can engage them at various touch points on and off-site with compelling, personalized experiences across email, push messaging, sms, as well as on-site personalization and recommendations.
Partner closely with product research and acquisition marketing teams to develop better segmentation strategies and content accordingly that will drive the greatest ROI through both organic and paid channels
Be analytical, use numbers to identify opportunities and backup your decisions, define and track success metrics; Work closely with Product Analysts to analyze feature performance and user behavior to drive roadmap decisions; Embed a data-informed process so your team can make fast good decisions
Know exactly how product(s) are performing and interrogate key metrics and data to understand what is happening and why
Identify and manage key stakeholders along the way, bringing the optimum blend of people together and ensuring the right people stay informed and aligned on goals
Grow, lead, develop and motivate high performing cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and marketers to deliver experiences that help people throughout their car buying and selling journey
