The Director of Global Lead Generation develops and executes a strategy to support lead generation in the regions through the creation / coordination of global campaigns, digital, lead process, regional lead generation support / coordination / consulting; and leveraging Account-Based Marketing and aligned with Challenger methodology.Work with Solutions and Vertical Marketing along with Marketing Operations at the corporate level to create and deliver targeted lead generation and market awareness campaigns, and digital nurture. Work with regional marketing to develop and enhance their lead generation efforts.All responsibilities are at a Global level;Campaign Development (direct the development of campaigns to maximize qualified leads that aligned with corporate strategy) Account Based Marketing/ Digital (leverage account based marketing for targeting, buying intent and metrics) Lead Process (optimize and maintain global loop, working with sales and marketing on systems workflow, alerts, and metrics) Regional Lead Generation Support/Coordination/Consulting (work with regions to develop their lead generation capabilities) Global Marketing Coordination (working to coordinate corporate and regional marketing) Other responsibilities will include; Interviewing and hiring decisions and recommendations, making firing decisions, reviewing direct reports for performance and quality of work, delegation of work, train, develop and motivate direct reports, evaluate and review salaries and make promotion decisions. Position requires a B.S. Degree and 15 + years of experience in ERP or Global B2B Marketing / Business Development targeting net new business and installed base. Proven success in Lead Generation and campaign development. Experience in Account Based Marketing. Familiarity with Challenger methodology preferred.Computer skills: Word, Excel, CRM, Account Based Marketing, Marketing AutomationOther knowledge or skills: Foreign Language skills beneficial, ability to lead global virtual teams.Required Travel: 25 %Management Responsibilities; Requires the management of a team or teams who are not direct reports.
